Tilghman Lakes by the Sea is located across the street from the beach in the Ocean Drive/Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and has easy access to the beach. These low-rise Quadplex are only two stories high on raised stilts providing parking underneath. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub (seasonal/not open all year) and grill area. Tilghman Lakes H2 is located on the first living floor (second floor) and features fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV's, and two large decks (one overlooking the lake). Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Tilghman Lakes by the Sea. Restaurants, Boulineau's IGA superstore, and all that downtown Cherry Grove has to offer are within easy walking distance. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. H2 is available only as a three-month rental January 6 to April 6. January 1 to April 1 may be considered. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in condominium, on balcony, or on either side of entrance door. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed.
