All of our Vacation Homes feature well equipped kitchens with standard appliances, such as dishwashers, stoves/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, dishes & cookware.

Washer & Dryers in All Condos, some of them are the Stackable Washers & Dryers.

All of our Vacation Homes have A/C & Heat, Balconies, Porches, decks or Sundecks.

In addition, most locations feature pools, WI-FI, private lounging areas, and lazy rivers. Some luxury locations offer jacuzzi baths. Check individual vacation rental properties for a full list of features and amenities.

Due to the individual nature of each location, specifications and policies vary from one to the next. All of our Vacation Homes require a two (2) day minimum stay during the Off Season. Our In Season rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Any other request must be approved by the management first. Beginning April 3, 2021 All of our vacation rentals include Pillowcases, Flat & Fitted sheets for all beds, Towels & Washclothes, bathroom mats, and kitchen towels/clothes.

Monthly Winter Vacation Rentals

Trade in your winter blues for our white sandy beaches and lush green fairways and become a North Myrtle Beach Snowbird! Many of our vacation rental properties are available at special monthly rates from, as early as October through April. Guest staying at least 90 days are not subject to the 12% SC Tax that is applicable to shorter days.
